The Maserati Grecale is the latest addition to the Maserati portfolio. This is a model that strikes the right balance between flexibility, elegance, performance, and innovation, while ensuring comfort and safety. All of which, combine off-road capabilities and uncompromising driving pleasure.

The new SUV of the Italian brand is set to make its first official appearance in Cyprus on October 14 at 20:00 during the Boat Show 2022 event that will be held at the Limassol Marina.

The model was developed at the Maserati Innovation Lab in Modena and is set for production at the Cassino plant. The Grecale has an extremely wide range of engines, and it is available with an internal combustion engine and a hybrid system. According to the company, within a year, the Grecale is set to become the first fully electric SUV in the history of the brand.

The model will be initially released in three versions. Firstly, the GT and Modena versions that will be equipped with a four-cylinder mild hybrid engine, with outputs of 300 and 330 bhp respectively. The most powerful version will be the Trofeo, as it will be equipped with a high-performance 3.0L 530bhp petrol V6, based on the engine found in the MC20 Nettuno with zero to 100km/h in just 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 285 km/h.

The interior of the new Maserati SUV stands out for its spaciousness and comfort, boasting an impressive set of premium features. The extensive use of fine materials such as wood, carbon fiber and leather, lend a class-leading luxury befitting the Maserati model. All the systems within are touch-based and controlled from the two screens: A large 12.3” central screen, the largest ever used from Maserati, and another 8.8” screen for additional controls with the passengers in the back having their own third screen. The in-car experience is managed by the Maserati Intelligent Assistant (MIA) multimedia system, state-of-the-art infotainment and Maserati Connect which can also be operated by voice. The famous Maserati clock will be digital on the Grecale dashboard, projecting the brand’s digital path forward to the future.

Along with the Sonus Faber 3D sound system – standard on the Premium level – includes 14 speakers or 21 speakers on request on the High Premium level.

Every trip turns into a unique experience that combines dynamic comfort thanks to the excellent handling provided by the new Maserati Vehicle Dynamic Control Module (VDCM) system and the 360° control it offers to the driver. At the same time, the car offers a selection of driving modes, such as Comfort, GT, Sport and Corsa (exclusive to the Trofeo) and Off-Road.

The engineers at the Maserati Innovation Lab in Modena worked directly with Dardust to design the car’s sound, combining technology and audio design, to customize the audio alerts the driver receives as part of the exceptional Grecale driving experience.
